Every Bolivar residence hall is built as a community-focused environment with lounges and study areas designed for quiet group work, recreation, and gathering with other residents. You'll have access to amenities like unlimited laundry and high-speed internet. 

Each residence hall is led by a Resident Director who is dedicated to developing and directing the student staff of Resident Assistants. Residence Life staff ensure that facilities have community identity and opportunities to help create some of the most meaningful experiences in your life.

Gott Hall

With community-style housing for up to 72 male students, Gott Hall shares a library with Woody Hall.

The largest men's residence hall, Landen Hall houses up to 197 male students in a suite-style setting.

The smallest residence hall on campus, Meyer Hall houses up to 48 male students, two students per room with private bathrooms for each room.

Featuring a split-level apartment style housing of up to 32 upperclassmen male students (4 per unit), it's located across the street from soccer field.

Beasley Hall

A four-story building, Beasley Hall houses up to 194 female students in a suite-style setting.

The Casebolt Apartments house up to 56 upperclassmen female students in an apartment-style setting on the Stufflebam campus.

Faith and Discipleship

Participate in biweekly chapel services hosted on Mondays and Wednesdays each week. Check out the Center for Global Connections (CGC) to see how you can be a part of mission projects locally and abroad. Attend peer-led Bible and theology sessions. Grow your relationships and expand your faith in a way that aligns with your interests. 

Athletics and Intramural Sports

Stay active, have fun, and connect with others while participating in SBU's intramural sports. With our competitive and noncompetitive leagues, you can choose the level that fits your style. 

SBU is also home to 17 NCAA Division II varsity sports and received the prestigious GLVC James R. Spalding Overall Sportsmanship Award for 2020-21. More than 400 student-athletes attend classes and compete at SBU. Find out how you can become a student-athlete.
